Shipping and Returns
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Parts Appliance (a DBA of Midwest Appliance Parts) or Parts Appliance Chicago within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs will be covered if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). Installed parts cannot be returned for a refund, but all parts come with a minimum 90-day warranty provided by their manufacturer. Defective parts within the warranty period will be replaced at no cost to the customer. Some items may have specific return policies; please contact us for more information.

Refund Policy:
Refunds will be issued for items that meet the Parts Appliance return guidelines. Some items may not be eligible for a refund or may only be eligible for a partial refund, as follows:
- Any unopened, non-installed item in original condition returned after 30 days of delivery: refer to the RMA form for details.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not related to our error: no refund will be issued.
- Returns made for reasons other than our error will be subject to a restocking fee.
- We recommend that return shipments be insured to protect against carrier loss or damage.
You should receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This includes the time it takes for your return to reach us (5-10 business days), our processing time (3-5 business days), and your bank’s processing time for the refund (5-10 business days).

Acceptance of Order:
Buyer’s acceptance of products supplied by Parts Appliance constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Buyers must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into this agreement.
Prices & Payment Terms:
All prices are subject to change without notice. Orders will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of shipment. Payment terms for approved accounts are net 10th of the month following purchase. No additional shipments will be made on a charge basis until the Buyer’s account is paid in full. Minimum orders are $10. If an order is under $10, Parts Appliance reserves the right to add an item with universal application to meet the minimum requirement.
Shipping:
Unless specified by the Buyer in writing and acknowledged by Parts Appliance, goods will be boxed or crated appropriately for domestic shipment. All shipments are F.O.B. from our warehouse, and delivery of goods to the carrier constitutes delivery to the Buyer. Claims for loss or damage in transit must be made with the carrier.
Inspection and Acceptance:
Claims for damage, shortage, or shipping errors must be reported within one (1) day of delivery. The Buyer has seven (7) days from receipt to inspect products for defects or nonconformance and must notify Parts Appliance in writing of any issues. After seven days, the products are considered irrevocably accepted.
Warranty:
The only warranty provided is that of the product's manufacturer. Parts Appliance makes no express or implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances will Parts Appliance be liable for personal injury, property damage, or any incidental or consequential damages.
Indemnification:
The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Parts Appliance a dba of Midwest Appliance Parts Co, Inc for any losses, damages, or claims arising out of the sale, installation, or use of the products. This includes attorney’s fees and costs.
Governing Law:
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any actions related to this transaction must be brought within three months of the invoice date.
