Return Authorization Request:

Please carefully review the following information before returning or exchanging any items.

Returns:

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

Each return is subject to inspection by our technical team. If the part has been installed, a refund will not be issued. For defective parts that have been installed, please refer to our warranty policy below. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. If more than 30 days have passed, please contact us to determine if a return can still be accommodated.

Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, in addition to any shipping and handling costs incurred by our company. Shipping upgrades or surcharges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for returning parts in their original packaging along with any accompanying paperwork, and for covering return shipping costs.

Items must be returned in their original, unaltered packaging, including all manuals, seals, and miscellaneous parts. The packaging should not be modified, and all factory stickers should remain intact.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you have ordered the wrong item, please download the RMA form from the website and return the incorrect part in its original factory packaging. Be sure to use additional packing materials to prevent damage during return shipment.

Warranty:

Most warranties do not require the return of defective parts. Please contact us with your order number to confirm if the part needs to be returned. When submitting a warranty claim, you will need to provide the following information:

  • Appliance Type
  • Appliance Manufacturer
  • Appliance Model Number
  • Appliance Serial Number

Damaged Packages:
For defective Samsung parts, a return is required for warranty approval. Shipping costs, in either direction, are not covered for these parts.

Warranty periods vary by brand and manufacturer. Most parts carry a one-year manufacturer’s guarantee from the date of purchase, excluding normal wear and tear, physical damage, and certain parts like filters, fuses, and igniters. Please contact us for specific warranty information.

If your product was damaged during transit, please notify our Shipping Department within 7 days of receiving the item by calling 773-278-1300.

Return Procedure:

To initiate a return, download the "RMA Form for Returns" from our homepage. Complete the form and return it along with the unused, factory-sealed part to the address below:
